Desiree Hazley is a classically trained violinist and a native to Los Angeles, California. As a professional freelancer, she has traveled the world and collaborated in many genres with different artists, tours, recordings, TV shows, and performances.

Some of her favorite collaborations are: (2023) Performing for Miley Cyrus Endless Summer Vacation (Backyard Sessions), (2022) Recording on electronic band, Depeche Mode’s latest album, Memento Mori, and performing on tour with Indonesian singer-songwriter, Niki, in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan. (2021) Performing on The Voice “Season 20 Finale” with John Legend & Victor Solomon, and with Nick Jonas & Rachel Mac. (2020) Playing with Coldplay for their shows at the Hollywood Palladium and iHeartRadio’s ALTer EGO festival and performing with Trevor Daniel on Live from the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. (2019 & 2018) Touring with the rock band, Panic! at the Disco, and completing two six-week tours in North America & Canada, one month in Europe including performing at the Reading and Leeds Festival in England, Australia, New Zealand, and the Phillipines. (2018) Additionally playing at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival with artists, Kygo and Brockhampton & performing with Shawn Mendes on the Late Late Show with James Corden. (2017) Performing with the Red Hot Chili Peppers at a private event.

In 2016, Desiree was invited to Japan to perform with Yoshiki, a Japanese rockstar. She first toured with Yoshiki in 2014, when she performed on his world tour to Asia, Europe, and Mexico. She also performed at many festivals with Yoshiki including Sundance Film Festival, South by Southwest, Otakon, and Hello Kitty Con. One of her most treasured memories is performing with his rock band, X Japan, at Madison Square Gardens. 

Desiree received her Bachelors of Music in Violin Performance at Azusa Pacific University and additionally studied violin at California Institute of the Arts.
